Architectural Vistadesigns was instructed to prepare designs, submit and administer a Planning application for 2 No. dwellings on rear amenity land to No. 165 Brown’s Lane.
Our work included the design, Planning submission / Consultation, Landscaping and detailed design.
The proposed dwellings were designed of a traditional charterer to reflect the local vernacular style of architecture. The space and planning of the dwellings maximised the land within the boundary and the internal layouts created a free flowing family homes, which is suitable for a modern day living.
AVD were successful in securing Full Planning Permission for the 2 dwellings with opposition from neighbours, which made the application more challenging.
