AVD was instructed to prepare and submit Engineering details for a Pond at 42 Bridle Path, Elmesthorpe.
Our work included the design, Planning submission and Consultation.
The proposed pond was formed in open grass land located North of the clients existing dwelling to create a future connection between the dwelling and the Pond.
Future proposals will involve extending the existing dwelling with a Sun Lounge to directly look over the Pond.
